The diameter of this mushroom can reach up to 20 cm, and it can be as tall as 20 cm. Spore powder is white. Usually it grows in large groups under birch-trees and in coniferous forests, also in parks from July to November. It prefers to grow on acidulous soil. It is very common in Latvia. This fungus is famous for being very poisonous. People sometimes use it to kill home flies in this a way: smash Fly Agaric with honey and place the mixture atop the wardrobe!
