The
diameter of this mushroom usually does not exceed 2.5 cm.
Spore powder is white to cream- colored. It grows usually in dense clusters on mossy
rotting stumps or fallen trunks of coniferous trees, especially spruce. Its
growing season is from late April to November. It is very common in
Latvia. Inedible.
