The diameter of its cap usually does not exceed 10 cm. Spore powder is yellow-brown. It grows under birches in mixed forests and in damp places from June to November. It has hazy green watery flesh, and its cap has light greenish tinge when old. It is very common in Latvia. Edible, not first rate when old. One can fry it at once.
