The diameter of its cap usually does not exceed 4 cm. Its flesh is pinkish. Spore powder is white. It grows in damp places in mixed and deciduous forests from June to October. It is common in Latvia. This mushroom has pinkish-violet gills under its cap. Edible high quality mushroom, one can fry it without boiling.
